How do consulting engagements usually start?
Always with a diagnostic. We don't sell pre-packaged solutions. We sit down for 90 minutes, map your funnel and your team, identify the 2 or 3 places that would move the metric most, and then scope the engagement around those. Sometimes the result is a small project ($3-10k). Sometimes it's a multi-month retainer. Sometimes the answer is "you don't need us right now, fix X first," and we walk away.
Is this consulting tied to HubSpot specifically?
No. We're HubSpot Platinum Partner because most of our implementation work runs on HubSpot, but the consulting layer is platform-agnostic. We advise clients on Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, and bespoke CRMs the same way. The strategy work focuses on what should happen, not which tool runs it. If the right answer for your team is a CRM we don't implement, we'll tell you.
We're already growing, why hire consultants?
