Instagram Direct integration is on the Conxsys roadmap — actively in development now. WhatsApp is not on our roadmap because HubSpot already supports WhatsApp natively in their Suite. Conxsys focuses on connecting messaging channels HubSpot doesn't support out of the box, starting with LINE OA.

How long does setup take?
